4 Ways To Supplement Your Oral Health (That Aren’t Flossing or Brushing)

Yes, it’s important to enjoy life a little bit and indulge in some ice cream or a root beer float once and awhile, but it’s even more important to maintain a fresh, healthy diet. Eating the right foods and drinking primarily water will certainly help supplement your oral health. 

Try to cut back on daily coffee consumption as well. Coffee itself isn’t so bad for the body, but it’s the acidity that works to erode your enamel over time. If possible, try to brush or rinse your mouth out after you’ve had your morning cup of coffee.
